Psychologists of State Emergency Service came to Kharkiv. At the University of Civil Defence, they will study a unique program developed by Kharkiv specialists. With the help of these classes, psychologists will be able to learn how to work with people who have returned from the environmental zone and improve their professional skills.
Participant of the training Eugeniya Bilousova told this to the correspondent of MG "Об'єктивно новини". The girl has been working in psychology for 15 years.
“These are quite effective classes, there is something to take, something to learn. We always raise our level to be better. Methods of self-regulation - they work. We are shown that you can renew yourself without coming to a psychologist, "- said Eugeniya.
Classes will last for 10 days. During this time, psychologists will be taught to trust each other, be able to work with guilt, and control themselves in an extreme situation, to relax and unwind. Teachers explain that sometimes you can improve your emotional state through exercise.
The university added that in order to master such skills, it would be necessary to practice every day. It is planned that all practical psychologists of Ukraine will take these courses soon. They emphasize that there are about 4,000 specialists which work with participants of warfare at Donbas.
